As this morning was a struggle to get started & somewhere along the line I misplaced my motivation...I took Mr Ted Nicholas' words to heart...

...Pick up an inspirational book....Listen to inspirational music or just do something that will make you feel at ease & peace with yourself again...

...To get myself motivated...to find that enthusiasm...to pick myself up when I'm finding things tough or going through some of my MAD life experiences...

If I ever get stuck in a place that I find it difficult to get going, to work, think, write copy (as well as other stuff) or write movie scripts then...

I didn't go to bed to sometime after 5am this morning....So I've bee very slugglish getting started today....Already had far too much coffee...

Problem though for enjoying such a gorgous night was waking up at other people's 'NORMAL' time....U know the 8 O clocks....rofl

Then I contnued by watching CSI...Then I got bored & went for a midnight walk for a couple of hrs & returned home....Last night was refreshing!

Last night I sat down to relax & watched Spooks...WOW!!!! Talk about ACE!!!! Haven't enjoyed so much tv for sometime (as over the last few months)...

WOW...There's been so much of it on TV later...(I'm going through 1 of my phases- I'll soon get over it1)...

Last night was something else...As you may already know I'm such a sucker for ALL the CSI,NCSI, Law & Order, Crime series, spies, secret Services etc...

...I spend far too much time on the computer or gadgets...

...as I don't get much time to myself as I'm always working or building the businesses...I forget to take sometime out to relax...(Why do u think I've managed to put on so much weight-Get FAT!!!)...rofl

As usual...I've overdone it...Forgeting I'm such a GEEK & have been out of the 'Keep Fit' areana for sometime,that I shouldn't work some of my bits too hard...

Pyscho Smurf purchased a Fitness machine,so we have been both STUPID but having such FUN...

I have Also been taken sometime out to FOCUS back on my health as I spend far too much time on the internet a day (even when people don't think I'm On!

I found myself creating NEW accounts dividing some of my projects up into mini ID's just to satisfy FB rules & limitations...How frustrating is that!

I had to do many tasks behind the scenes...They will make more sense to you at a later date & NOT right now...

I had to take a few days away from the 'FRONT LINE' of Social Networking especially FB as it was driving me NUTS!!!!

This week will be another week of recovery...

I can't over do it!So maybe for once I will take the doctors order & try NOT to push myself too hard.

Today's plan so far goes as far as the doctors & maybe a few texts...a few domestics if I regain some strength in my legs & a trip to the chemist...

What an interesting experience...I had some help from Psycho Smurf (my friend) as hhe's more patience than me to research somethings...So we had a week end of giggles at the results!

Last week I did some work on a family tree (similar to 'Who Do You Think U are?')...Interesting results but almost everything that I thought would appear did...No real surprises...;)

Last week my friend introduced me to their puppy...So sweet...Yes,within the 1st few hrs I managed to corrupt him...So at least I achieved something last week while out of action...

My doctor is quite a distance from my present residence so it's going to be a pain in the *** trying to get there,I'll have to sweat my bits off in traffic...

Need to change my doctor as when I moved I was only suppose to reside in my present residence for a very short period but have resided longer than initially planned.

I may not be online at all today...Not too sure...It depends what the doctor suggestions & how I feel...Still feeling like CRAP...

Steal breaking out in sweats,vomiting & weak in the legs...A visit to the doctor today...

Missed important meetings & workshops...Will be trying to amend these by rescheduling some.

Had a REAL rough week...Very strange too! Vomiting,aches & pains,legs collapsing from beneath me & toliet runs as nothing would stay down...

Tried to get a unit like a work station bench (bar) yesterday but after all the pain & headache it wasn't suitable for the space as it wouldn't fit...

I'm so P*** off & Frustrated with it...It worked last night but since turning off my computer, it seems to be dead...Grrrrrrrr...Have to waste more time in the shop!!! ;)

I bought an external hard drive yesterday to back up all my work & so when I create other products I have enough room...

A couple of days ago, I attempted to come on the net but my Internet connection buggered up & I have only now fixed it...I had the patience.

...Yet she's NOT dangerous!!!! Hmmm, I'm sure I'm missing something here!

Come On...She's attacked me on a number occassions, she's told me in NO uncertain terms 'She has NO problem taking out a gun & shooting me'...She's attacked other people

Everytime she has left with a Mental Illness Specialist...she returns...They don't think she's dangerous...

The Mental Specialists can't remove her if she's being quiet (which is fair enough but people have to live on edge wondering when's the next attack)

She can't be removed from the facility...At the mo the Landlord has NO rights to remove her from the buildings,she's allowed to move to move amongst us ALL so FREELY,

Listen to this...This is the BEST NEWS....The Police can't touch her, lock her up, hand cuff her or put her into the van or lock her in a cell...Mental Illness Laws...

I've been writing up reports (incident) & endlessly on the tel...trying to reach a conclusion...

Still I have NO Rights...

So I have spent the whole week backwards & forwards with Management of the building, Police, Community Police, & with Mental Health Specialists...

Am I the ONLY 1 who thinks there's something wrong here?

Yet she TOLD me pretty public she was playing the system & that what ever she decides to do to me is therefore legal!

She's so well protected through the Mental Illness Acts...

As she has gone officially as a mental patient...it seems I have NO rights what so ever, until decides to put a kife through me or a gun to my head...

...But conviently she had herself remitted...YES...I said re-mitted...She has been known to suffer from mental illness.

She tried to attack me on a number of separate occasions & force her way into my propertyafter trying to strike me...I'm OK!!!!

...Cutting along story short...It has become a 'Personal Issue'...She decided to attack both me & a friend @ different intervals as she didn't manage to get me...

A few weeks - amonth ago...I told you I had been having problems with a 'Neighbour From HELL'...Well, things esculated...

Remember...They are all done manual...NO BOTS...NO SOFTWARE...NO MANUALS...I just go with the flow, like I'm doing right now!

Of course, most of that I have produced in some of my own training products...I take u through the many different strategies I use & which have created my results...

Oh eah, Another thing I learnt from reading the 1st manueal was...'I need to slow down...' I over do the expected twitts...I use too many other strategies which have not been written about...

For this experiement I will be opening a new twitter account so that u guys can see my progress & watch the results unfold before your eyes.

aqs you know by now, I won't recommend CRAP or something that doesn't deliver what it says it would...It's NOT worth my time.

So far it does deliver on it's promise...But I must test it a bit more...Before I start promoting it...

I have already screwed up the software within minutes...I think I have over exhausted it...It wasn't built to do the things I was trying to do...;)

Everything I enter has been done manually without using any software.

I am NOT using any robots or schedulling tweets...Up to this time everything I do & continue to do is...All my sweat & fingertipping...

In other words...I'm a NATURAL Twitt! I'm just going with the flow & am communicating with others as I would offline.

I hadn't been trained to use Twitter in any way...So I don't follow any rules...I don't have anything to compare my activities too or know what to expect...

If you take a look at my Twitter Stats...I am TOLD they are imresive...In my mind they're pretty cool but NOT all that...The reason...

I am perceived as a Hyper-Proactive Twitt...I have a HIGH visibility & an outstanding conversion of followers...All because of my Natural Strategies...

But this is what I've learnt so far & as I read the words I nearly fell off my seat (Yep, I'm NOT working from my bed as usual!!)...

I have played with the software a little before reading the manual (like most players/testers)...I managed to screw up!!! How wonderful....

I can't believe that I'm actually working my bits off. considering I have an awlful hangover & looking rougher than rough! Cor, I'm such a LAZY...!

Yep, I'm doing all the work (as usual) so pretty busy.

& laying out the foundations for some of the Youtube movies for the blogs & presentations for inside the site.

Today, (while NOT in the fittest mental state-HUNG OFF) I'm working on the final designs of the logos,banners,butts etc...& website pages...

But on a serious note...The content for the site & some of the pieces which I have added to it as extra bonus with training videos are going to be amazing...

I can't remembe much more as been under the influence of alcohol...My friend has been leading me a stray!!! ;) lol

If it helps 1 person than it's been worth all the sleepless nights, blood, sweat & tears...lol

...I have as usual comitted agreat deal of work to this...Alot more than needed but I'm extremly passionate about what I'm doing .

Playing with logo ideas...& creating all the other social media accounts which I shall need to kick this baby out to make it a success...

Outlined over 50 blogs (& have completed a few of them) to be copyrighted & uploaded onto the site...(All my work NOT rehashed or borrowed...

Been swotting up on a few things, advancing some of my techie skills, designed my website(outline) & how it's developing with all the back systems...

Apart from All the CRAP, I've been working & having fun behind the scenes.

Anyway, I suppose I must keep playing the game as I will find away...Need to take it further & to the highest levels!!!!

Is that really advice...The victim has to move!!!

She couldn't understand when I said that's NOT an option or a solution!

Try explaining that politely...when a legal representitive is saying the solutions available...I have to move accommodation.

Yesterday, the point made to me from an advisor is that most people don't even read comments made on the internet...'HELLO!!!' with what I do,I'm an easy target!

..It takes one person who doesn't like you or that you don't share the same opinion with...to destroy you all they have to do is place an update or a twitt!

...People in real important positions still don't get it...!!!

Oh well that's the rants...but it raises so many interesting questions & thoughts that...

If my business activities are going to fail & everything else around me collapses, it has to be done on my terms...As I have made BAD decisions or I've been a TOTAL MUPPET! ;)

I strongly believe that NOBODY has the right to take away or destroy my dream but ME! I stand by it!

It takes a lot more than all the above stated issues to keep me down!!!

I'm not too worried about all the initimadationn, bullying, theats (promises) or anything else which has been suggested.I deal with these everyday in my stride...lol

I need to look into this further as shorly there are some laws which I can have all these *** actioned against to protect my business activities & character...

So yep, it's been great on the Miranda Front at the mo! lol

All I could be advised was that there are NOT any solid laws to protect me..I can be bullied, intimidated & character distroyed before any other actions can be taken..Huh???

...put out a damaging twitt or status notice about me.Or something else which may raise eye-brows about my intentions & business etc...

I spent hours yesterday waiting for legal advice but at the mo the best that anybody could come up with is that...Nothing can be done until the ***...

Apart from all the cancer stuff going on...I had a few days of fun with people who are trying to destroy me;- (Nothing new there!)

...His reactions & the effects of radio theraphy is just going to be a continuous issue now for the rest of his life...There's so many adverse after effects!

Had a few concerning sms' from my ex about his cancer after-care treatment.It had set me back a little but everything seems to be getting back on track...

A heavy Spring clean & went through some old boxes which were taking up too much floor space,I recovered a great deal of my old work&docs.

I tried to recapture blog areas I had abandoned some years ago.Previously, I couldn't find their information but as I had been doing ...

WOW,I've actually been working & playing today.I have done so much.It just doesn't seem like it!

I'm looking forward to completing all domestics today as I'm on a flow but also as it also will give me much time to myself for a few hours...Which I don't get much of...

So most of this day will be taking care of content creation & then I have to return to the dreaded & hated domestics...In truth...

Up early this morning as I was restless...I have a few more chapters to read & revisit & then I shall be preparing & drafting blogs, mini YouTube Movies (skeletons/Copy)...

I thought that I had honestly passed it & that I wouldn't have the energy or stamina...What another shock!...Some how I re discovered it!

The partying still continues...

What a GOOD GIRL!!! That's an early night for me.The greatest thing was...All the guilt & frustration I had built up for being away, soon vanished

The amazing thing is that, I had an early dinner (very unusual) watched (too much tv & chatted/ranted) & tucked up passing out in bed by 12 midnight...

I managed to do so much work, I had to force myself away from things & take sometime out for myself.

I'm not too sure how but I was back at work...Full flow...Fulll engines ahead...My fingers & brain in gear...(U don't usually get mo's like this that often with me...lol)

So sorry guys, if you were waiting for me to come online yesterday to catch up with me...I was so motivated & inspired yesterday...

My friend was wetting himself laughing at me....as it took me sometime to put the book down & get my ass in gear to reach the supermarket on time

What a REAL stupid idea!!!! I knew that this book was so motivational & inspirational.Many hours later, I was still reading the book & doodling

The dame thing is full of new doodles,mindmaps,notes & almost full blown conversations I was having with myself at the time.

I discovered I was back on track...I couldn't put the book down.

I couldn't go back to sleep...I thought I would read only 1 chapter...Do the exercises & we work on my GOALS & Visualizations...What a Muppet!

I revisited a book thinking that I catch up & regain my focus by reading some of the reference books from my HEROS!...What a BIG MISTAKE!!!

Even I'm limited with what I can get upto at certain hours of the morning! lol

Yesterday morning, I was up same time as this morning (4am), trying to motivate myself or find something to do with myself...

...That getting back into the flow of things would be along, slow & frustrating affair...How wrong was I...

Now we shall see who's for real!

Much of today will be spent working behind the scenes & behind the backdoors of some of my membership training sites.
